Terms & Conditions

Definitions

"Prize" means the prize consisting of a 7 night stay for 2 adults and 2 children (children must be under 18) at Beaches Negril in Jamaica, including return economy flights with Virgin Atlantic.

"Runners Up Prizes" means 6 x prize consisting of an iPod Nano

"Competition" means the competition described on the Site, which includes uploading videos of dads dancing by the Entrant and the related prizes;

"Entrant" means a user of the Site who is a resident in the United Kingdom with a valid EU passport, and submits the information set out in sub-clause 4.1 below;

"Moderator" means the person(s) selected by the Promoter in its sole discretion to approve the videos submitted in the Competition;

"Site" means www.totallydaddancing.com;

"Start Date" means 25th February 2010;

"Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions set out in this document;

"Winner" means the Entrant who wins the Prize.

"Runners up" means Entrants who win the Runners Up Prizes
To Enter and Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to Entrants excluding employees or agents (or families of such employees or agents) of the Promoter, their associated companies (Virgin Holidays, Virgin Atlantic and Beaches) or anyone connected with the administration of the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has breached any of the Terms and Conditions.

2.2 By entering the Competition, all Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Duration

3.1 This Competition commences on the Start Date and terminates on 31st May 2010. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the end date of the Competition.

3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time.
Validity

4.1 To validly submit a video, Entrants must complete an online entry form available on the Site providing personal details (such as name and email address) and upload a video of a dad dancing onto the Site. Entrants must also provide personal details of the dad (such as name, age and location). By entering the Competition, Entrants hereby warrant that all entry details submitted are true, current and complete.

4.2 All Entrants submitting a video agree to the Promoter's posting such video on the Site. The Moderator has the right to withdraw any videos it deems inappropriate.
How to Win and Prizes

5.1 The ten videos with the highest number of views will be judged by an independent judge who will choose the winning video. The Entrant of the winning video will be notified by email and will be entitled to the main prize of a family holiday in Jamaica.

5.2 Prize must be taken before Friday 30th December 2010. Prize cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure. Prize is subject to availability and Virgin Holidays standard terms and booking conditions. Prize does not include visas, government fees, travel insurance and spending money.

5.3 Additionally, every video submitted to the Site by an Entrant will be entered into a prize draw consisting of six prize draws in total from all the entered submissions. The Runners Up will be entitled to a Runner Up Prize.

5.5 The Promoter may substitute the prizes for a cash value or an alternative of the same or greater value if it in its sole discretion deems necessary.
Winner Publicity

Winners accept that the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their names, counties of residence and their submitted videos for the purposes of announcing the Winners and for related promotional purposes.
Videos

7.1 As conditions of entry into this Competition, and by uploading and entering a submission, the Entrant warrants and represents that the submission:
    i. is original and has been legally created;
   ii. does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party;
   iii. that he/she owns all rights to his/her submission, including, without limitation, the copyrights in the recording and the performance contained therein.

7.2 The maximum file size for any video file uploaded is 100MB. Video file(s) submitted must be provided in one of the following file formats: avi, mov, mpg or wmv. Please see YouTube User Terms of Use for additional details.

8.1 The Promoter would like to keep Entrants informed of the Promoter's similar products and services by e-mail, post and/or telephone. If you specifically want to receive this information by e-mail, please click the relevant box on the form.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any claims and/or disputes arising out or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.

Welcome to the totallydaddancing.com website (the “Site”). This Site is offering an online competition provided by the Jamaica Tourist Board. The Site is provided on the condition of your acceptance without any modification of the terms, conditions, and notices set forth herein.

Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB or “we”) operates the Site. This privacy policy describes the Site’s use and sharing of personal identification information (full name and email address) that members voluntarily provide when they upload videos and register for the competition provided by the Site.
Personal Information Collection & Uses
totallydaddancing.com allows visitors to the Site to upload their own and view their own and other’s videos and to enter a competition. This policy does not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to which our Site may provide links. This covers only information collected on our Site.

In addition, we collect personal identification information from you in connection with our optional competition. We may request personal identification information from you in connection with membership registration for surveys, forums, subscription registrations, newsletter, content submissions, chats, bulletin boards, discussion groups, requests for suggestions, visitors’ requests for free products or services or additional information (including via e-mail to us) and in connection with other activities, services or resources we make available on our Site.
